Do you or someone you know need pet food or low-cost pet care? In an effort to keep pets out of shelters, Citizens for a No-Kill Philadelphia holds a regular Community Pet Day where pet owners who otherwise can’t afford food can get free supplies rather than giving their pets to a shelter. There, owners can also get vaccinations for their pets, as well as microchipping, and other care.
