Thought Parks on Tap was dog-friendly? You’re in for a treat with their upcoming Barks on Tap. The Fairmount Waterworks location will transform into a dog-friendly party from 5 to 10pm.
Parks on Tap is a traveling initiative to temporarily turn Philly parks into beer gardens open to all. Barks on Tap is free to enter, but all proceeds from alcoholic beverages will benefit Philly PAWS.
